2. Is Vapurize less detrimental to ones health than traditional cigarettes?
Vapurize does not need to be ignited and does not burn tobacco. Our cartridges are filled our exclusive 100% USA made vapor juice which is made in a FDA registered facility. Our products do not produce smoke or ash. Vapurize products supply the user with our custom nicotine levels of Nicotine-Free:0mg, Ultra-Lights:11mg, Lights:18mg and Full Flavored:24mg to fulfill your personal smoking needs.
3.Will Vapurize help me quit smoking?
The FDA has deemed that electronic cigarette products are not a smoking cessation device. Vapurize should not be used as a smoking cessation device.
4. Can I use my Vapurize kit anywhere?
Vapurize does not produce any smoke, does not burn tobacco or produce any ash like traditional cigarettes do. Generally, electronic cigarettes are allowed to be smoked in public places. You can smoke Vapurize virtually anywhere yet we do not guarantee that our products will be allowed to be smoked everywhere due to local or state restrictions which is why you should inquire before using in public places.

7. How long does my order take to ship once placed?
All USA orders placed with Vapurize usually ships within 24 hours or next business day from when we receive your order. Once we ship your product we immediately send you a tracking number for you to keep track of your item while it is in transit to you.

9. Once I place an order how long will it be until I receive it?
All products are usually shipped within 24 hours or next business day from when we receive your order. We offer free USPS shipping which usually takes 5-7 days. We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS.

Once you place your order with us we will email you with a confirmation notice of your order and a tracking number for your order is also sent usually within 24 hours or next business day via email. You can also keep updated with the status of your order by logging into "My Account".

13. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship our products worldwide. All international orders are processed through InternationalCheckout. To place an international order, simply add your contents to your shopping cart on the Vapurize website. On the shopping cart page on the Vapurize website, rather than click "Checkout", click "International Checkout". Please refer to InternationalCheckout.com for available shipping methods available to your specific country.
14. Is your shipping really free?
For all of our products we offer free shipping by USPS (only for USA customers). We also have expedited shipping options available via UPS.

15. Are your cartridges really filled per order request?
To insure the freshness and quality of all of our cartridges, we fill them (with our 100% USA made and propylene glycol free vapor juice) per order request right before we ship them to our customers so that you can have the best experience possible with Vapurize.
16. What are the ingredients in your 100% USA Made Vapor Juice?
Our 100% American and propylene glycol free ingredients are: Distilled water, Nicotine (except in non nicotine strength), Natural & Artificial Flavors, USP Glycerin and Citric Acid.
17. Is your Vapor Juice FDA approved?
The FDA does not regulate the electronic cigarette industry. However, we fill all of our cartridges with 100% USA made vapor juice which is made in a FDA registered facility.
18. How long is Vapurize?
With the cartridge and battery assembled, Vapurize is approximately 3.4 inches long and 0.19 inches wide.
19. How many puffs can I take with Vapurize cartridges?
Each cartridge provided by Vapurize gives you around 250+ puffs which is approximately equal to around one pack of traditional cigarettes. However, due to the fact that each individual smokes differently, the amount of puffs provided by Vapurize e cigarettes can vary from user to user.
20. How does the Vapurize Charger Pack work?
Our Vapurize Charger Pack allows you to charge your batteries on the go ensuring that you can always smoke your e cig whenever and wherever you want to.
21. Why are atomizers built into your cartridges?
To insure that you enjoy our product to the fullest, we offer cartridges, or more often called cartomizers, which feature a built in atomizer. Some advantages of using cartridges with built in atomizers is that it allows for maximum vapor production, more consisent hits and clean, easy use.
22. How long do your battery last?
Our batteries last approximately 120+ puffs although results may differ with each user. The battery takes 30+ minutes to fully charge.
23. How do you use the Vapurize electronic cigarette?
Our products are extremely simple to use. To initially use Vapurize all you have to do is screw your cartridge on your electronic cigarette battery and begin vaping.
24. How can I charge my Vapurize e cigarette?
You can charge your batteries via your Vapurize Charger Pack, your wall charger and USB charger. To charge your Vapurize Charger pack simply connect your USB wire to it and begin charging via a wall outlet.
