Loss

All items that are purchased with our free shipping option will be delivered by USPS. By choosing USPS, we cannot guarantee delivery or accept any liability for lost orders or packages damaged in transit. All issues should be dealt with your district post office.

Same Day Shipping (USA Customers only)

For our customers we strive to  offer the best possible customer service. Our same day shipping is not a guarantee due to rare but unexpected delays. Normally, however, we ship our products within 24 hours.

International Customers

 All international orders must go through our international checkout which is processed through InternationalCheckout.com. There is no return, warranty or exchance policy for any and all international orders. Our free shipping option is only for USA customers and does not apply to international orders. All international orders are final and are not covered under our warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.
